I forgive myself for all the hurt tht was caused to me, I forgive myself for beating myself up instead of loving myself through the pain, I forgive myself for not loving me and taking care of me the right way, I forgive myself for all the damage I caused my body, I forgive myself for getting into toxic relationships, I forgive myself for dealing with toxic friendships, I forgive myself for letting my irrational thoughts control my rational decisions, I forgive myself for not giving myself enough credit for all the strength I gathered to get out my situations, I forgive myself for not standing up to my mom, I forgive myself for my miscarriage.. that was my not my fault.. it was never my fault, I forgive myself for anything in the past that was out of my control,  I forgive myself for rejecting any shape and form of love giving to me,I forgive myself for letting any moods ruin my day, I forgive myself for not standing up to my sexual and emotional abusers, I forgive myself for making me believe I have to be in control of everything to feel better, I forgive myself for not sticking to promises, I forgive myself for not looking out for #1 myself, I am happy, I am healthy and I am at peace. I have a will to live and I shall prosper.
