Sometimes I feel as if I’ll be stuck here forever

Like this pain will be here, always

                                Like a tattoo it will be here forever only to fade but to never go away

I don’t look like my struggle, and I always wear a smile

You would never guess that I’ve been hurt and abused

You would never guess some of the bullshit that I’ve been through

Although I have overcame my trials and tribulations

Sometimes I feel as if I’ll be stuck here forever

Like this pain will be here, always

Like a scar from a deep wound it will be here forever only to heal but to never go away

I don’t always feel weak even though sometimes I do

You would never think that I feel like I’m dying from the inside out

You would never think that my problems are heavier than those a 17 year old should bear but they are, and you know what?

I feel as if I will be stuck here forever and always.
