Flesh and time ...

Job 2:13

13 Then they sat down with him on the ground for seven days and seven nights,

yet no one spoke a word to him, for they saw that his pain was very great.

Here I am kind of helpless … family by my side

Do you recognize me as I seem a bit uncertain?

Peace in my heart but still a little fear inside

My flesh thinks about Eternity peeking at the Curtain

It feels sorry for itself and tries to quench my spirit

It cannot handle the invasion from Eternal Love

It knows I am not alone, still crowds the Holy Spirit,

Who came to guarantee to take me Home above

Yes it has to let me go … my flesh picks up the fight

Even against Eternal it thinks it has a chance

It will never understand True Life’s purity and might

It remains in temporal … some ashes, dust, a glance
