"Flawless Just Doesn't Exist"

Location

Nobody is perfect,

I hear it every day,

"Flawless just doesn't exist",

But who cares what people say.

Beautiful, confident, bold;

Ugly, fat, queer;

We are our greatest critics,

So why even own a mirror.

But he tells me I am flawless,

Though I always disagree,

The world would be a better place,

If they looked at themselves the way he looks at me.

Love helps you to know yourself,

Deeper than ever before,

You learn to ignore the rest of the world,

And you realize nobody's keeping score.

In the world's eyes, I'm not flawless;

I hear it every day,

But somehow he has shown me,

To be perfect in my own way.
