I wake up and look in the mirror

To red marks and scars on my face and body

I cover them with makeup and whatever I can find

But what I don't have to cover up is what makes me

FLAWLESS

What makes me stand out

What makes me different

It doesn't make me better

But it makes me different

My intelligence makes me

I will never cover up my mind
