Far Beyond Normal

When they tell you

That you’re too thin

That you’re too pale or

Far beyond normal

Remember this

You will always be wrapped up

Always be tied up

In this world, but

It doesn’t have to load you so

You don’t have to feel this

I’m exhausted

By these noises

Lost in their sounds

You claim you can judge

Me, but I’m not the one

I’m not the one

With the weight,

And the burden

Of the unoriginality

That they crave

When they try to

Pin you in their webs

Lose yourself in this

Please forgive them

Please remember this

You will always live here

You will die here

In this land, but

It doesn’t have to

Drag you down

I’m exhausted

By these noises

Lost in their sounds

You claim you can judge

Me, but I’m not the one

I’m not the one

With the sin,

And I know

How you lie

Far beyond normal

Don’t tell her

How to look

She will be lost

She will fall

Apart

Don’t you dare tell us

How to live

She will be gone

I will tear you

Apart
