if beauty be but in the eye of the beholder

then who is to say what is ugly

is not also beautiful

and who is to say that what is beautiful

is not just as ugly

if it be true that

from man

to woman

to child perspective is different

than it stands to reason that

for what one may see as golden

the other may see as tarnished
