He can kiss your neck 

hold your breast 

and trace your curves 

he can make a home out of your lips 

and grip your body into his own 

he can admire your hips 

and dance with your legs 

but those are only parts of you

and he only loves half of you

does he not only hear verbs and adjectives 

but thoughts  and feelings 

can he build trust before 

he tears down your walls of protection 

will he let you explore his mind 

and reveal every secret to you 

will he hold your heart then 

give it back to you because love doesn't keep 

it liberates.

will he bring light into your darkness 

will he keep you warm in yur own coldness 

both physical and mental, 

it is all of you 

if he is satisfied with only fifty percent of you 

will he make the effort to see you as a whole human
