Emotion

Location

You cannot hide the feelings.

You cannot crumple them up and toss them in the trash like you do with a love note that failed to love.

These emotions are a deeply rooted sense of self worth.

Like a secret garden on steroids.

There is only one true gardener and that is you. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't ask for help.

When the sun won't rise, attach a rope and hoist it up, because even the sun gets tired.

And when the sun and the moon are in a fight like two elementary students who want to play with the same toy and they leave the world in a day-night limbo, you ought to be the one who comes up with a solution.

You will have days where your feet can not seem to reach the ground and your head is spinning like a ballerina on her final twirl.

But these are the times where you have to work your hardest to dig out of the sand that the world has dumped on you.

Breathe.
