Echo

Mon, 09/30/2019 - 19:45 -- CJ4565

She had things to say,

They had games to play,

They ignored her every word.

She spoke her mind,

But they were blind,

They never looked, they never heard.

They only listened

When she mentioned

The same things they said.

The price for companions

Was her opinions.

Better than just echoes in her head.

She longed to speak,

But she was weak,

She hid like a gecko.

She saw no choice.

She lost her voice.

Now she's just another Echo.
