Drifting Bodies

Driving toward the blue-gray sea

Enticing, rippling water

Roaring against blackened rocks

Watching back and forth, it sinks

As the driver continues to rush

Toward the never-ending torrent

Liquid blue torrent

Upset is the tumult sea

As our lives rush

Our new graveyard, water

Encompasses blue metal and sinks

We cease when metal hits rocks

Corpses feel rocks

Rumbling torrent

The Mistral sways us, sinks

deep down into the blackened sea

Terrified by frigid water

Hearts falter and rush

Faces rapidly rush

Towards blackened rocks

Contortion & acrobatics in water

Tears, like rain and a torrent

Death, consistent with the sea

Last beats and corpses sink

Deep down I know how it feels as eternity sinks

Cease to exist, only thing left is life and its rush

Boundless is the sea

Containing harmful rocks

In its ever tremulous torrent

A killer, how can it be so essential to life, water

We drink till our bodies are full of water

High on death, not life and our feeling sinks

into afterlife bliss like a trending torrent

I learn to no longer rush

Because I’m forever trapped by rocks

Clutches and trapped in the clutches of the sea

Life can only be so demanding and flowing like water

Bumpy like rocks or never-ending like a torrent, there are parts where its stopped up like sinks

Most importantly, but never rush it, appreciate it’s dangerous beauty like the sea
