Dreams

Location

Black feathers drift from the skies

Soft as silk and reminds me of sweet lullabies

I lift my hands to reach the sky then I began to fly

The feathers float around as I transcend from the earth

Once I reach the peak I see the world below me

All my fears flee

Till all that left is inner peace

I take one last deep breath and begin my descent

Once my feet touch the floor I open my eyes

The familiar shadows of my room come into focus

I sigh and turn to the side and hope I can find dreamland again
