A Dramatization of my Almost Death

A Dramatization of my Almost Death

I knew first impressions weren’t my best

The room was full; Strangers were everywhere

My heart was beating inside of my chest

All of the people spoke without a care

Little did they know I was close to death

Water trickled down the back of my throat

Something went wrong; I was now out of breath

They all realized I had begun to choke

Hannah shouted, “What should we do?!”

Death seemed so near, I was ready to go

But someone saved me, I did not know who

My first impression hit an all time low

I was saved, but I wanted a release

The end was near, so close to finding peace
