Heterosexuality in every magazine ad,

News of celebrities on every TV,

A studied ignorance of the homeless we pass.

 

Where is the party scene with people of all colors?

Where is the gay couple trying to sell you soap?

Where is the report on censorship in Turkey?

Where is the budget pulling away from unnecessary weapons to give back to our community?

 

The only change

I want to see

Is a healthy dose

Of equality.
