Doors And Windows

The door is a jail
You do your time
Pay your fine
And walk into the light
A new dawn for a new day
The sun warms your skin
As the wind sighs through your hair
Forever walking though the door

The window is a prison
Of which you live in
Whether it be for years
Or for life
You cant walk into the world
That tempts you with its ways
You can only feel that little light
Feel that tiny breeze
And wait for the day
You leave this life
Forever looking through the window
