Don't mind me.

Fellow Children,

Let me step aside

And lay in this puddle

So as not to dirty your white shoes.

I hope the fluid

Spilling from my broken chest

Will not tarnish you.

Pay no mind

To my hoarse cries

Your laughter will ensue.

Just carry on

Smiling, being loved

Let your lightheartedness

Carry you through life

As I struggle to breathe through

The physical,

Literal pain

That catches in my throat

As I admire your smile.

Pull yourself forward

By pushing me back.

Take my voice away

If it irritates you.

Feed me to the hungry lab coats

That I've tried to avoid.

Who am I again?

That's right, an insect.

Don't touch me, I'm a parasite.

Just let me live in a seperate world.

Psychosomatic?

What does that mean?

Oh, right, we don't care.

It's just a word.

Speak as much of them as you like,

But cover my mouth with tape.

Paint me to match the wall.

I'm safer that way anyway

I should thank you.

Stay carefree,

Carry on.

Yes, don't feel any remorse

I'll carry that for you too.

Am I in your way?

Apologies, I'll move.

Am I in your parking spot?

I'll just lay down

And you can run over me.

The sky is too small for all of us?

That's okay,

I'll fall out of it.

Oh, who was she again?

A saint, a princess

We'll miss her dearly.
