Distressed

times are hard

work is harder

as much as you climb

you get knocked down farther

praying for better times

losing everything you own

thinking about that night

the government took our home

dads hands bleed from work

mom teaches special needs

nothing can heal the hurt

of feeling inbetween

bankruptcy in progress

nonstop stress

mom breaks down daily

from all the duress

lawyer after lawyer

dad feels he's failed

when its only the economy

that has completely derailed

times are hard

work is harder

as much as you climb

you get knocked down farther

I'm sorry. I'm almost in that situation, though it's because no one will hire my mom. I hope things are better friend
