Depression: The Silent Killer

Depression can’t be seen.

Depression can’t be heard.

Or Can it?

You can see the cuts on their wrists, stomach, thighs.

You realize they haven’t been asking for help,

They were screaming for it.

Then you realize;

The days they canceled because they weren’t feeling well...

The days they just weren't up for something that had previously been something they had been looking forward to...

they spent alone in their room too tired to get out of bed...

yet too tired to fall asleep…

 Depression is the silent killer that sneaks its way into millions of minds.
