To those who suffer from deformities.

Who think that they are ugly or freaks or something horrid, this message is for you:

Don't hate yourself because you feel you look different from everyone else.
Don't feel you are ugly because of your looks.
Don't consider yourself as a freak.

For none of these are true.

The truth is you are no different from anyone else.
The truth is you are beautiful.
The truth is you are you.

And people should accept that.

To those who suffer with all sorts of illnesses.

Who feel there is no hope or would rather suffer alone, then this is to you:

Don't give up because you feel you can't win.
Don't suffer alone because you feel it is a weakness to ask for help.
Don't feel there is no hope.

For there is hope.

The truth is the fact you are still putting up a fight shows you are winning.
The truth is there is no shame in asking for help.
The truth is there is always hope.

And you are a lot stronger then you think.

To those who don't understand about the problems that these people suffer with.

Who look at people like these and wonder what their problem is or is afraid because of their differences, then this message is for you:

Don't be afraid of those who look different.
Don't look at people like if they are outcast because of their problems.
Don't treat these people different.

Because like you they are one of us.

The truth is that your afraid because you don't understand.
The truth is you stare because you don't know how to deal with them.
The truth is you treat them different due to the fact you think they are different.
