Dear Whoever It May Concern(Reprise)

*Note* it has been 2 and a half years since the first part was written, and now: here's what really happened.

Dear whoever it may concern,

I know now what I was looking for

the way your eyes light up when you smile,

sunsets cannot compare to the intensity

every day I see you

You do say that I am insane

and you match my insanity perfectly

You tease me about my messy hair in the morning,

and I steal your hat for the millionth time

because I can see you so much better

the way we smile in unison

when we play video games,

and the way my heart swells

when you happily talk about your son

I was always a skater girl

but I love your old tee shirts

and even that dumb hat

Most guys want their girls to be their princess

but you know I will be a khalisi

that to me strength is more important

and you have told me I was beautiful

every time you see me

We laugh at ourselves

the couples dressed together

at the halloween party,

the ones we used to laugh at

are now us

and instead of making out in the corner,

we are taking our plastic swords,

and bopping our friends

and pranking each other

in you I've found my best friend

we met in a cafe

on the best side of savannah

I was reading on my phone

and you called my name after

we agreed to meet

my eyes met yours and suddenly

the whole world stopped

love at first sight

was for the first time my reality

you held me in your arms that night

i cried because my family destroyed me

we saw a superhero movie

and I suddenly realized I wanted

to keep seeing that silouet of a smile

but the thing is...

to who I know now is my someone..

I have always been in love with you,

but I just didn't know it.

because back then: I never knew your name,

and to whoever it may concern...

I am so damn glad I met you
