Dear Love

Dear Love,

I never thought,

That I could be visited by you,

For many times I was scorned,

The hope that I could feel your warmth,

Had faded in the storms,

But the light of the sweet embrace,

That you gave in the darkest place,

Revived my hope for the sweet taste,

Of a love so powerful and great,

I can say that you have given me a will,

To continue even still,

I wish this lasts for the longest time,

For this love will end in a marriage just fine,

I give thanks for your trust in me,

To be one to have this feeling,

Eternally greatful,

Leslie.
