Dead Man's Fall

Sat, 06/01/2013 - 16:07 -- Myther

Dead Man's Fall
that winds so high
the brackish crags
the deadly rocks
clear-cut sky
and the robber's den
Dead Man's Fall
above the stream
the stream that flows so clean
until the bend around Dead Man's Fall
where it turns to tarnished black
sickly mold
crumbling ash
the towering spires
draping ghostly grey
Dead Man's Fall
with a robber's den
echoes loud and empty
Dead Man's Fall
that touches sky
and never lets men cry
Dead Man's Fall
and the robber's den
filled with naught but hollow winds
and the robber's skeleton
