A Dance of Fire
Hungrily it devours,
It prances through the forest
Untamed and free
Spreading it’s cruel fury.
Dancing, it reaches,
Caresses the sky.
It’s flickering blaze a graceful ballet,
Enchanting and dangerous.
Warm and cozy,
The embers glow in quiet resignation.
Soon they will grow cold,
But for now, the gentle wind breathes life to the dying flames
The dancers emerge for the final curtain call
