Daddy's girl sits and waits for the bus to come
as her heart aches, for she doesn't know what went wrong
Daddy's girl is trying to find a bit of light in this darkness
she is forced to call her home

I don't want to be that girl anymore
so I'm crying out
I want to feel alive again
and I'm sick and tired of waiting
I want to feel alive again
so come right in and pull me out

Daddy's girl knows it's not the same as what it used to be
for so much has changed
but Daddy's girl still has hope and still believes that deep inside
you are good.

I think it's very powerful that you used "Daddy's girl" repeatedly, because it subtly shows the complicated relationship of the girl and her father. Nice job!
