Owning a restaurant would be great

People heading through those doors

Sitting down to an excellent vibe

Making people speechless (in a good way of course)

Creating memorable visits

Having an amazing time

Being able to provide people with a new and quirky idea

Sharing new takes on small plates

While educating the public about Spanish and Chinese cuisine

            Owning a bohemian style place that is the quirkiest place in town

Coming to this avant-garde place its going to make you feel right at home

With that its going to have an edge that makes it different in a cool way

I’m hoping this dream of mine will come true

So I can bring something rustic to America

That’s different in a good way
