What I wish to say, will not be said.. Instead, I will be quite brief. Spend less time on a schedule, and more time on the individual.  What is remembered, is not what is planned.. but what is experienced in the mind of the beholder. So.. instead of scheduling, focus on reality and the development of the individual.
