Comprehension

 Isaiah 53:4-5     New English Translation

4 But he lifted up our illnesses,

he carried our pain;

even though we thought he was being punished,

attacked by God, and afflicted for something he had done.

5 He was wounded because of our rebellious deeds,

crushed because of our sins;

he endured punishment that made us well;

because of his wounds, we have been healed.

Comprehension

Here rests the issue, Jesus paid it all.

For Aids, T.B., and Cancer, He suffered all the pain

If today every victim would give self to Him

He’ll bear most of the hurt and uncertainty again

He went all the way, you know. He did not linger

At the time appointed course, without hesitation, He took the call

Only once He softy prayed if possible pass the cup from me

But the Father did not remove it, so He went to the Cross for all

Grace, so great, all-encompassing, seems to confuse most of humanity

It seems to make sin’s burden lighter, or it sees sin, not like sin at all

God’s absolutes are compromised, and His Grace becomes much cheaper

As for them, the price paid by Christ is reduced or not born in total after all
