All the hours spent in the gym will finally pay off.
You have constantly heard your coach yell,
"You better tighten up tops!"
You've got what it takes.
You better give it all you've got.
You have two and a half minutes.
You've only got one shot.
Your uniform is on,
And your bow is tied.
Let's go girls,
It's competition time.
