Flames of hatred,
they burn fervently.

But the rains of love, 

dampen the fire. 

Pounding seas of jealousy, 

vying to destroy our hearts, 

flee in the face of the tide of compassion. 

Revenge, fuels the flames of hatred,

tearing at lives of vanity, 

through the crystalline windows, 

the eyes, of forgiveness do touch. 

Flames of man’s greed, 

fester in wounded souls.

Courage, trust in the winds of change, 

with an open heart, 

compassion...
