Mes sentiments envers elle

Sat, 10/08/2016 - 17:15 -- Karu

Can you compare
the feeling of being touched
by a candle light's warmth
a raindrop crawling down your skin
heat of the sun's ray
breeze of the cold wind...?

Can you compare
the feeling of a soft baby's palm
the silkyness of the finest cloth
the chills you feel when you hear something amazing
something you see that you have never seen before
butterflies in your stomach, maybe...?

Can you compare
the feeling of your heartbeat
when you are nervous
when you shake your legs because of anxiety
that feeling when your palms are sweaty
you look from left to right
because it seems like you are trapped...?

You can't compare
these feelings from the way i feel for her
from the way she touch
her warmth when she embraces
when a tear falls down her face
just her presence, keeps you warm.

You can't compare
The feeling when she held my hand
it was soft and gentle
the way she looks at my eyes
the way she whispers
It is all some-what connected and weird feeling
in a good way.

You can't compare
the way my heart beats for her
the way my hands dry up to warm hers
the way you can no longer focus on anything else
but her beautiful brown eyes that becomes two suns
Trapped? yes, perhaps i am,
in her heart that is
i do not intend to get rescued
or saved, i will remain like this.

There are things you can't compare
and you can't be saved from
but it is a good thing,
i share this feeling,
something that is heart-felt
something that i feel everyday
something that does not matter to others
but something that is everything to us
something to hold on to
something to fight for
something to change for

Something called Love.
