Clean Slate

Some people can be very ugly,

And im not talking about beauty,

Ugly behaviours,

Ugly opinions,

Ugly personalities,

These people can be untrustworthy,

Greedy and pretentious,

To truely understand someone they need to be naked,

Not in the physical sense but the morally way,

Stripped of lies, false truths, No secrets,

Unburden there faults and demons,

To stand there in front of you totally exposed,

Their past, Their sins, Their heartbreak, Their worries,

And their hopes and dreams,

Then and only then you can truely see the real person,

Vulnerable and free,

Like an freshly printed open book,

Turn the page and read the truth that is in front of you,

Greet them with open arms and a wanting heart,

For they are anew,

Exposed with nothing to hide,

Reborn, rebooted, renewed.
