Chibok 276

There's one girl and the another

like Malala

becoming a target of an awful insult

having to say good-bye to the dream of education

pain and abuse in exchange

They came like wolves in sheep's clothes

seeing a threat in Western ideology

abducting the girls as slaves of religion

forcing them as their young petite wives

rising like new Babylon

The Book Religions went to fast and pray

People rose to the pen revolution

The world answers to the cries of the girls' parents

when the government and president are hesitating

as yet 200 girls are expecting the worst

The price of education has neither gender nor religion

the cause of my Nigerian sisters is crucial

Killing and intimidating people doesn't make sense

My message to the Nigerian president is this:

"Please stop the reign of terror!"

A few brave girls manage to escape

while elsewhere the smoke of a bomb is getting thicker

The runaway of some has a fatal end

as both daughters and parents now belong to God

The Christ shall brighten for them

as they died because of their faith

Chibok 276

New grace shall become for you

and the international posse shall come for you

with the protection of the army of angels

to see you off back to school

to create the career of your dreams

Chibok 276

53 of you screamed of joy

returning to your homes

hugging the relieved family members

hiding the experience in your hearts
