The past holds events in its grasp, freezing that point in time, turning it into a memory
Memories can be cherished, forgotten, change by point of view,
And contain the values that are lost with time,
Becoming long forgotten words in society.
Older generations fall away,
Old values falling with them.
Adults do not enforce,
Children do not listen,
Trouble is on its way.
Time moves on,
Values stay back
All while society
Grows darker
With lack of
Respect.
