Hope is a taper burning in my chest, scorching my heart, the very essence of my being, flaring up with every moment I believe she might see me and know how I burn for her; when she draws close, I feel dizzy with anticipation, the room spins and I close my eyes to get a grip, I open them and she's even nearer, concern dancing across her face, ripping away my foundations again; That's Hope...
