Blinding Mirror

Mirror ,Mirror,

On the wall

U know we can't look the best of all

Is our imperfections an mistake

That we have to cover up everyday.

Are we really in denial to have ourselves to blame

Or is it this pain that won't seem to go away

We have to hide our feelings

Hurt our soul

Push back what we once known

But for whom though

Did the mirror break when it saw us cry?

because our imperfections are not an lie. By Ladoria Smith
