You made my eyes smile 

thoughts flutter 

heart beat quicken 

 

you made me forget my worries 

made me feel warm inside

embraced me with your thoughts 

 

effortlessly made me smile 

like a hopeless fool 

 

to question my self, think things through

to end up embarrassed by a fool 

 

you made me question the real you 

made me confused inside 

carelessly un rap your self from me 

 

for i was to blinded 

under that charming face of yours 

tongue that rolled words into poetry 

 

poetry that spoke to my feelings 

to think we saw eye to eye 

 

left with no words of apology 

isn't that petty

 

aching inside as i step clock wise 

for time to heal 

me.
