You feel lost because you follow blind leaders,

And those leaders may not know where they are going,

Therefore they are lost themselves,

Probably following from someone that is blind also. 

Just follow your own dreams,

Follow what your beliefs are,

So you will not follow blind people,

Or do not accompany yourself with those people.

It may be hard to spot out the blind leaders,

Because they feel that they know everything,

And they lure their followers in day by day,

Becoming a blind leader themselves.
