Blind

I can't see through the looking glass
Trapped behind my own eyes
I recycle pieces of trash
Trash that I can't admit resemble my own life
Recycled trash that is seen as garbage
To eyes not mine.
I live in a pig stye, containing vile swine.

But,

It's this same swine that is cooked for dinner.
The same swine that feeds the kids and family in the morning time.
Noursishes whole neighborhoods, but will be criticized for their filth?
Who the real swine?

I have problems
But even behind my filter

I will never go blind.
