Black Eyeliner Day

It's a black eyeliner kind of day.
Thick black eyeliner.
It's a dark clothing day.
No colour.
It's a hair-hiding-my-face kind of day.
Don't look me in the eye.
Because today, I can't handle it.
I want to become invisible.
Sticking out like a sore thumb,
But isolated.
I'm in a whole different world.
It's like I'm not even here.
They don't notice me.
I don't notice them.
An arrangement that is fine by me.
