What does the cross mean?
The cross means the sacrifice Jesus did for me
The cleansing of your sins
The cleansing of my sins
The crown of thorns Jesus wore
The view that Jesus saw of the soldiers betting on his garments
I get on my knees, what does the cross mean?
The cross means the faith in Christ
The cross means the nails Jesus were hanging on
What does the cross mean?
The cross means victory over death
The cross means victory over sin
The cross means victory over the devil
1 Corinthians 1:18
For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
Luke 14:27
Whoever does not carry his own cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple.
The soldiers told Jesus
If you are the son of God, come down the cross and save yourself

What does the cross mean to me?
The cross means to me, the sacrifice of Jesus
Everything that I said in this poem that’s what the cross means to me
I keep my head up high looking up towards the heaven
And smile at Jesus I look at his wrists and remembered what he did for me
Thank you Lord for everything you did
Thank you for sacrificing yourself on the cross for me

Devil is Liar byt: Luis V
The devil is a liar
He wants my soul and I know it
He’s beneath my feet
Your a liar man
You belong in the depths of hell
I can’t wait to get to heaven and watch you burn
All those times you laughed when I was knocked down
I would laugh the minute I get to heaven knowing you are going to be burned
The devil showed up in my dream
Showed me everything I wanted
He told me you can have all this if you give me your soul
I walk back and say nah man I’m good
It’s not worth it
I will work for the things I want
With the help of my lord and savior
I can easily step on the serpent's head if I wanted to
Watch you bleed out and die
But that’s not going to happen
Because I know you won’t die
You’ll just keep coming back with everything you got
Yeah I admit I’m weak
I fall into temptation very easily
At least I know how to admit unless like other people
Some people will hide it and cover saying
Oh, I’m a christian I know how to overcome temptations
But they fall into that temptation they have struggles with
Lord take me as I am
A weak man
A man trying to walk the narrow path
A man who needs you and admits it
The devil is a liar
Showed me all the women I can get if I sold my soul
I back up and say nah man
The only woman I need is the woman God has for me
I don’t need fleshly desires
James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
So Devil go away now in the name of Jesus Christ

The GOAT by: Luis V
People say Tom brady is the GOAT
Other says Lebron ,Curry or Harden is the GOAT
You wanna know I think the GOAT is?
The GOAT is Jesus Christ
Why?
Because he saved our lives, he sacrificed himself
He shed his own blood
He had flesh ripped of his body
He wore a crown of thorns
He was hung on by Nails
He was hung on a tree
He is God
He gave us the Holy Spirit
Man the one thing that pisses me off more
Is that they say Jesus is part of the LGBTQ+ community
Just because he loves everyone
Where in the bible it specifically says in Leviticus 18:22
“You shall not lie with man as a woman that is an abomination”
So I say Jesus is the GOAT
He wasn’t rich
He wasn’t born into a rich family
He didn’t have any offsprings physically
He never got married
And that’s because he was only here on earth for one reason
To save us from sin
Save us from the hands of the enemy
Save us from hell
John 3:16 says
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only begotten son that whosoever shall believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.”
So Lebron, Curry, Brady, or Harden is not the GOAT
It’s our savior and creator Jesus Christ

We lost a good one today
I miss you
You were one of my motivators
To reach for the stars
You told us you were a “ruff ryder”
You told the “Lord to give you a sign”
You told somebody “X gon’ give it to ya”
You told the hood “where the hood at?”
You told people to” party up”
You told people to “stop being greedy”
You told people to “let me fly”
You told us to “Look thru my eyes”
Man you the dawg man
Hopefully your in heaven
You gave me motivation
Now I will use that motivation to succeed in life
I will use that motivation to prove people wrong
RIP dawg
You’ll be missed
You died at 50
Only 50 more years till you could’ve reached 100 man
You kept it real
I love you
