Beauty deep within ...

1 John 3:17 New English Translation (NET Bible)

17 But whoever has the world’s possessions and sees his fellow Christian in need

and shuts off his compassion against him, how can the love of God reside in such

a person?

 Beauty deep within

Where is beauty found ... without or deep within?

How long does it take to find it beyond the walls of secrets?

Is the substance of it love ... for others and not for self?

Is it in a life of sacrifice ... hidden in a vignette?

Not based on appearance to the eye ... but music of the heart

Played softly in the wind ... and not by screaming trumpets

There is no battle cry in need ... just tears and care for the wounded

Maybe life is good after all ... for without pain we would trump it

Are there heroes in this plan ... or just some who care too much?

Maybe after all is done ... the last will enter triumphant as such
