To my family member that immigrated from Nigeria, everything must be done the Nigerian way, must represent Nigeria, must always reflect on Nigerian people and their culture.. I must be Nigeria. Growing up I've just dealt with it but at this new stage I've started to penetrate , I'm realizing that there could've been a balance, a compromise, a half way . I grew up feeling like a foreign kid living in America .
