When she looks back at her life

she sees the strength in her many battles.

It may not be the battles you might be thinking,

but they are her battles.

Battles she nearly lost.

The first battle she fought, and almost lost

was when she was born.

She was born prematurely, and was born with

a health condition known as Hydrocephalus.

The doctors said she was going to

need surgery.

At 2-weeks old, she had her first

surgery.

With each surgery, there was a 20% chance of her

making out alive.

But these were her battles. with each battle

gave her battle scars.

Each that shows she is a fighter.

That she will never give up.

These scars not only tell a story,

but they show the strength in abilities.

Now grown, she is a caring person.

But her story is a privilege to tell.
