John 6:63       New English Translation

63 The Spirit is the one who gives life; human nature is of no help! The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life.

New life here’s where you come from, and I was just living death

I did not understand at all. I just thought life was just a breath.

A dying life was my lot, but where there’s “life,” there’s hope

It is better to be a living dog than a lion who was brave but croaked

For where there is breath, there is a chance for the truth to penetrate

For the Living Word, not often heard, is the One Who segregates
