Bare Little Feet

Smiling eyes all around

joyful laughs surrounding the air being breathed

Though poor, they have more happiness than most with money

Small, bare little feet

Lacking in the basic necesities

But abounding in joy, friendship, and family

And if I could, I would change the way the world worked.

To where these smiling faces with bare feet and hungry bellies

But still so much laughter and joy

Would no longer be hungry or have bare feet

Yet, they would still be joyous

and they would find comfort in each other

and not in materialistic items.

I would change the world. I would see that everyone is smiling.

Everyone is helping

Everyone is full

Full of laughter and happiness.

No more empty bellies

No more sadness.

No more Bare and little feet.
