The Ball of Light

A little pink, a lot of blue,
Another line, another hue.
A canvas made of sky and light,
Appearing from the darkest night.

Dependable and strong and free,
Creating a glow, wondrously.
At break of dawn it always comes,
The ball of light, the shining sun.

Why do you stare?! Its not like you really care. Youu say love is true but does that really apply to you? I dont understand the fact that everything you say and do is an act. Wether its a smile or talk to me for a while. There's no need to waste your time because I'm not wasting anymore of mine. Even though there was never a "we." Just seperate...There's "you" There's "me" Disgusted is how I feel because the thought of us is just surreal. So just get over the past because we never would've last. No time for tomorrow because your love is considered borrowed.
