Thu, 12/24/2020 - 11:34 -- Will.B

Looking overhead ahead over my shoulders, (who I can lean on)2X

Cause I’ve pushing mad weight

Can’t wait, to be free...to be free

Ruffling in feathers ain’t light ain’t like what they used to be

Muffling the lullaby we ain’t carefree like we used be, more eulogies more Truancy death to dream, we use to see walking down the block to shoot thought our shots were grade A, I was hitting counters like klay, ironically the same places I was warn not stay, cause the streets ain’t safe and I’m black mess around cop a casualty, killing rate high for niggas like me they kill niggas casually and televise trauma like it dont happens every day of the week, mamas  scared to let they babies go out h to even play in these streets, the concrete don’t just hold yo feet, it hold you down, candle lit visuals all around, enough to shed light to the shit that goes down in these projects we objects for testing, I suppose no I know how can a flower grow without no hope and some sunshine, grandma boiled the tap cause they poisoned the well and was no good for your mind, now drown in my Conscience , peace hard find when you see all the nonsense, living off minimum wage we need your 2 cents, but that’s useless to dollar and dream shit but can’t afford to pay attention to a misfortune, my grandma bought a house with no help with some kids she was always working tryna fly her out so she can work on touring the world, chase a fortune, always searching towards a bag like I’m touring- Will.B
