Genesis 1:25

25 God made all sorts of wild animals, livestock, and small animals,

each able to produce offspring of the same kind. And God saw that it was good.

Chigger man

Here I am a chigger victim repainted with red dots

A whisper of an itch on the dark places of the flesh

Providing life for little stinkers or I like it or not

It is hard to chase the boogers and they know it best

If I had some sense at all it could have been prevented

If I had perceived right then I could have taken measures

But now they are a part of me and seemingly unrelented

And feasting right now under my skin partying on a treasure

My wife is sharing in the fun and has some remedies

Oatmeal and some medicine the course now every day

But still the little suckers bring itching in harmony

As often now I wonder of who will be next to pay
