Apologies

There is never a right time or place for this.

Pondering in your mind thoughts of how to say it and when to say it.

“ I am sorry for what I have done to you.”

What if they do not forgive me for my wrong-doing…

Do I deserve it if they do decide to forgive me?

Life is too short not to forgive.

Forgiving shows a sense of maturity,

But with that comes a wise decision

On whether or not you ever want to trust them again.

What they have done to you can set a little cut on you,

Create a scar on what was once trust.

Forgiving does not mean trusting and

that is what most people need to understand.

It is funny how three words can change the mindset of others… ( I am Sorry)

“I am sorry I forgot our anniversary.”

“Babe, I am so sorry that I cheated on you!”

“ I am sorry I ruined your jacket, I promise I will get you a new one”

Sometimes it is the most sincere thing you could ever hear

When it comes straight from the heart,

Other times you get yelled at by a superior

And your apology is a then consequence.

Not all people deserve such violations done to them...

You have to find out if those cuts or scars

Were meant to ever be forced upon you.
