Apollo's Chariot
The sun galloping across the sky,
In Apollo's chariot.
The sky silent as a stone,
Burdening Atlas's soldiers.
The forest is firm and solid,
Hiding Artemis and her followers.
The sea is calm,
Awaiting Poseidon's command.
The flowers and plants burst from the ground,
Praising Demeter's rule.
Night has fallen.
Tomorrow the chariot of Apollo will set out again.
